RETURN POLICY
Garden & Gift of Idaho guarantees our nursery stock for 30 days from date of purchase. Indoor and outdoor decor has a 3 day return policy and must be in excellent condition and subject to the discretion of the Garden & Gift of Idaho. an Idaho. Payments made and returned require a 14-day grace period before a refund is given, this is to insure the payment clears your bank and notice is provided back to us that the funds are available to Garden & Gifts of Idaho. A restocking fee of 20% may be added for all returned items. We do not guarantee annuals, perennials or house plants.
PAYMENT METHODS
Garden & Gift of Idaho accepts personal/business checks and cash as well as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most other major credit cards.
We do not accept "Gift Cards" such as those issued by merchants with or without a logo such as Visa or MasterCard. We do reserve the right to refuse personal/business checks for any reason deemed to be in our best interest by the staff/management of Garden & Gift of Idaho. Furthermore, we do not accept "Cashiers Checks" or second party checks. Other exclusions may apply. If you have a question about payment options, please ask management.
On a rare occasion, we may allow a person to place a "Hold" on an item, with a nonrefundable deposit of 20% or more and this "Hold" is for no more than 10 days from date of the "Hold" payment. Be sure to get a copy of your deposit on an item that you placed on "Hold" as this may be your only record of a "Hold" deposit.
The same applies for "In house charges". Payments are due no later than 30 days from time of purchase as dated on the invoice. Interest on payments made after a 10-day grace period is 18% yearly and compounded daily.
Any product discounted 20% or more carries a "No Return" policy and cannot be returned for any reason.
