Shipping Policy - the basics

Treasure Valley Home & Garden only ships goods within the Boise area, and all products must be picked up at our facility located at 4291 S. Cloverdale Rd.  At the time of this policy, Treasure Valley Home & Garden does not offer shipping outside the Boise area. Purchased items will be held for 10 days from date on the receipt unless alternative arrangements are made; after this period, items being held without written permission will be returned to inventory, and any payments made will be forfeited.

While we can typically schedule deliveries and planting within 10 days of the sales date, please note that a delivery fee is based on the customer’s zip code.  A planting fee, will apply if the customer requested planting of any products.  Additional fees may also be incurred for products requiring special attention.  Planting charges are based on an installation on flat, level ground. Please consult the installer for any specific requirements.  We do not plant in areas where there were existing trees due to potential complications.
