Our Guarantee

Treasure Valley Home & Garden provides a 30-day guarantee on our nursery stock. If we deliver and plant the item(s) purchased, this warranty extends to 90 days from the purchase date that's noted on your sales receipt. Please note that special order products are not covered by our guarantee, and while our Point Of Sale system should have your purchase recorded, it's extremely important to keep your receipt.

 

Our guarantee applies exclusively to woody plants; there is no guarantee on annuals and perennials or items discounted off the retail price by 15% or more.

 

Hard goods such as rakes, shovels, fertilizers, bagged goods, and garden décor/supplies may be returned within 7 days of purchase, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.

 

Chemicals may be returned within 7 days if the container seal remains unbroken. Federal regulations prevent us from accepting returns on opened chemical products, and a 20% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns.

 

Home décor and related merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receipt date, also incurring a 20% restocking fee. All returned products must be in their original condition.  Treasure Valley Home & Garden reserves the sole right to determine the condition of any returned items.
